You will agree that browsing online can get frustrating, if after opening many tabs, you suddenly begin to hear videos play, and you find it hard to determine which site is responsible for the (mostly annoying) sound.
Well, cry no more, Google Chrome now has your back. Your Mb just got secured.
In the latest Google Chrome 66, there is a feature to help you auto mute videos that suddenly auto play – automute for autoplay videos. And this feauture is available for the latest version of Google Chrome, available for desktop and mobiles.
You don’t have to worry about those sounds, an end has come to them. But, note that sites with auto play videos with no sounds won’t be mute. Also, sites where you have previously shown interest in their media will also not auto mute. Sites like YouTube where you most probably have played a couple fo videos, will not auto mute. You get?
Late night browsers, keep browsing with the sound on, Google Chrome is bae now (I don’t know of Opera or Internet Explorer though)
